We ship within Mexico and to the United States and Spain, including the Balearic Islands. Every order is sent from our studio in Tulum, Quintana Roo.

Standard shipping is free on every order within Mexico. Standard shipping to the United States is a flat USD 25 per order, and to Spain a flat €40 per order. The shipping cost is shown before you pay.

Shoppers in Mexico pay in Mexican pesos (MXN) and shoppers in the United States pay in US dollars (USD). Shoppers in Spain pay in euros (EUR). You can change your country from the selector on the site.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, so please check the size and details of each piece before you order.

Write to Customer Care with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will look into it with you.

Our shirts, trousers, shorts and swimwear come in sizes S, M, L and XL. Headbands are one size. If you are between sizes, write to Customer Care before ordering and we will help you choose.

Yes. Pieces marked “Hand-drawn” carry prints drawn by hand in the MATIZ studio, so each one is one of a kind.
