Where we ship
We ship within Mexico and to the United States and Spain, including the Balearic Islands.
Every order is packed and sent from our studio in Tulum, Quintana Roo.
Shipping cost
Mexico: standard shipping is free on every order.
United States: standard shipping is a flat USD 25 per order.
Spain: standard shipping is a flat €40 per order.
The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Currency
Shoppers in Mexico pay in Mexican pesos (MXN). Shoppers in the United States pay in US dollars (USD). Shoppers in Spain pay in euros (EUR).
Returns and exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please check the size and details of each piece before you order. If you are between sizes, write to Customer Care before ordering and we will help you choose.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to Customer Care with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will look into it with you.
